3. Cancellation Period

3.1 Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after you receive the goods without giving any reason. This is known as the "cooling-off period" under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If we have not clearly informed you of this right before you placed your order, the cancellation period may extend to 12 months from the date of delivery; once we have provided the required information, you will then have 14 days from that date to cancel.

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer).

4. Returns

4.1 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened packaging
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • All seals and security features must be intact
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the goods

4.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Products that have been opened or unsealed
  • Products that have been partially used
  • Products where the safety seal has been broken

This does not affect your right to return faulty or incorrectly described goods.

4.3 Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly described. We recommend using a tracked delivery service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

  3. Contact your bank, as there may be additional processing time

9. Delivery Times

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, we aim to deliver goods within 30 days unless a different period has been agreed. For UK orders, we typically dispatch within 1–2 business days and delivery takes 3–5 business days. If we cannot meet the agreed delivery date, we will inform you and offer a refund if you choose to cancel.

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. If we can cancel the order before dispatch, you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.
